I bought a book (can't remember title now, book's with sis) that had 3 simple rules
- eat natural food
- eat it in it's original state when possible
- can't remember
- no more canned food
- no more pork (unless we ate out) - pigs don't chew cud
- no more sausages (even chicken)
- no more prawns, crabs - no scales nor fins
- mixed brown and white rice
- gave the microwave oven away
- switched from white refined sugar to brown sugar
- cut down on confectionery
